A supervised visit is where a non-resident parent or family member spends time with their children in a safe and comfortable setting. An experienced worker will be present for the visit to ensure the time spent together is meaningful and safe. Our workers will record their observations and where applicable these may be used in court as evidence.

A supervised visit can happen here at our contact centre in Beenleigh or at a preferred location in the community. Supervised visits are typically court ordered and must occur within the directions stipulated on the order.

We have several experienced and qualified staff who have an understanding, kind and strength base approached. We do our best to maintain consistency amongst workers and families to enable positive ongoing relationships.

Supervised visits start from $80 per hour + get. We have the price list available on our website or feel free to reach out and we can discuss your individual circumstances and provide a specific quote.

Supervised visits are court ordered and the order will usually stipulate the parent/s responsible for the costs.

You can bring anything you like! We do have a wonderful playroom with lots of fun toys and activities however if your little person has a favourite item feel free to bring it along. You can also bring food / drinks and snacks along if you wish.

We are flexible and can tailor your visit around your availability if need be. We offer visits weekdays, after hours and on the weekends. We understand all circumstances and schedules are different and we are happy to work out a suitable time that is best for everyone.

Yes! We understand that at times the relationship breakdowns can be so significant that parents require additional support to facilitate the change over of children when going from one household to another whilst co-parenting.
